Shepley Group is delighted to announce that we have achieved Platinum accredited membership as part of The 5% Club’s 2025–26 Employer Audit.
The 5% Club comprises more than 1,200 employers who are championing workplace learning through hands-on, structured opportunities for employees at various stages of their careers, including apprenticeships, graduate programmes and sponsored qualifications.
Out of this distinguished group, Shepley Group is honoured to be recognised as one of The 5% Club’s elite Platinum members. This accolade places us among the UK’s leaders in workforce development, showcasing our passion for creating learning environments where every colleague can succeed.
This accreditation follows two consecutive years at Gold level and highlights the Group’s consistent investment in our people and reinforces our mission; to develop high-performing people and build a legacy of excellence. Currently, more than 20% of the Group’s workforce are in ‘earn and learn’ positions, covering apprenticeships, adult trainees, and graduate programmes.
Achieving Platinum status marks a proud milestone, reflecting our belief that by supporting every individual to reach their full capability, we strengthen not only our business, but the communities and industries we serve.
