This accolade highlights our unwavering commitment to empowering our employees through “earn & learn” initiatives such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Sponsored Student Placements.
Achieving Gold status is a testament to our dedication to nurturing the growth and development of our workforce. Investment in our people is the cornerstone of success, as our people are our biggest asset. Through programs that offer hands-on learning, we are creating pathways for professional growth, equipping our staff with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
By being part of The 5% Club, we proudly stand alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers who are dedicated to driving positive change. Out of a distinguished list of members, we are honoured to be recognised as one of the outstanding Gold members of The 5% Club. The Shepley Group were among a group of 119 employers who met this standard and this achievement puts us at the forefront of workplace learning innovation.
